Foods That Can and Can Not for Your Baby Every Trimester

7 Langkah mengatasi obesitas pada anak

Menurut apa yang saya baca dan temukan dari majalah SEHAT PLUS tahun ajaran 2008 edisi Januari/No.1/Vol.6 yang kisaran harganya itu
mencapai Rp. 19.800, secara umum, mengatasi anak obesitas adalah dengan mengatur berat badan dan mengurangi indeks massa tubuh (IMT) dengan aman dan efektif.

Hal ini tentu gk lah mudah utk dilakukan apalagi klu udah menyangkut si kecil. Ada baiknya Anda ikutin tips mengatasi anak diabetes yang aman berikut ini :

1. Libatkan tim yang terdiri dari dokter anak (tentunya) tuk mengatur pola dan kebiasaan makan serta psikiatri tuk membantu bila ada kemungkinan anak mengalami depresi dengan diet yang harus dilakuin.

2. Terapi harus ditujukan pada keluarga, terutama jika ingin merubah pola makan. Peran ortu dalam mengarahkan perilaku makan yang baik dan sehat sangat berperan besar. Ortu dan anggota keluarga lain 'mengalah' dengan menyesuaikan menu si kecil yang lebih sehat.

3. Gaya hidup sangat penting diubah, menonton TV dan video games mutlak harus dikurangi, (kecuali anda menginstruksikan si anak utk nonton di rumah pa erte saya, hohoho...).

4. Ajak anak beraktifitas fisik, minimal jalan kaki setidaknya 20-30menit perhari..

5. Diet dilakukan dengan membatasi kalori secara seimbang, makanan yang musti dihindari ialah makanan dengan lemak, makanan-makanan ringan a.k.a. cemilan, makanan cepat saji, kentang goreng bin French Fries, pitsa serta biskuit.

6. Ingat, diet pada anak berbeda dengan pada orang dewasa. Diet yang direkomendasikan utk anak dengan obesitas ialah diet normal yang seimbang. Diet sangat ketat kalori ternyata malah hanya akan meningkatkan jumlah DropOut diet atau berbuntut depresi berat pada si kecil.

7. Bila semua cara gk juga membuahkan hasil, bisa dilakukan intervensi bedah pada anak. Bedah utk obesitas yang sering dilakukan pada anak ialah pengurangan volume lambung (restriksi gester). Gester dikurangi volumenya sebesar 15-30ml atau dibuat jalan pintas dari lambung ke jejunum utk mencegah penyerapan makanan di usus duabelas jari. Cara ini mampu menurunkan berat badan dengan signifikan. Sayangnya tindakan operasi selalu rawan komplikasi. Jadi sebaiknya cara ini baru dipikirkan klu emang obesitas tersebut udah menahun yang sangat parah dan gk respon terhadap berbagai cara.
