As a basketball player, of course I'd love to have the ability to improve my jump. To do a great dunks of course! But lately I'm confused by all programs I have found on the Internet that is clearly different. They all do not provide effective training.
I've tried a lot of training with similar programs, but nothing as sophisticated as jump manual. My coach send me the stats of my result, and voila.. it's quite effective. After years of training I have finally be able to improve my vertical leap as far as 29-inches.
